Hijax didn't have to search far when deciding on who to feature on his new song, Mind Body Soul. He knew his older sister, lex c, would complete the song perfectly, and she did just that and more. Immediately the beat, produced by Tantu Beats, sets a feel-good ambience as it bounces along until Hijax cues in lex c with a quick "break it”, and she carries soulful notes along the beats melody. Hijax comes in later with his usual formula of interlaced rhyme schemes mixed with metaphors and double entendres. His clever lyricism carries into a message of spirituality and consciousness above all else as he raps "This is more than dollar signs talking absorbing the earths/Knowledge aligning chakras I just let my third eye observe". lex c bridges two verses together during which Hijax can be heard in the background hyping up the singer. As the song comes to an end, Hijax and lex c are heard going back and forth about the masterpiece they just created, making it feel like the listener is in the studio as it was being made. 

     A very special thanks goes out to the newest Mass Conformity artist, lex c. “Mind Body Soul” was the singer’s first time in a recording studio. Though she has had experience and guidance in the past, this was her first opportunity for her own song. lex c stepped up to the microphone with confidence and humility, adapting not only her performance to her voice, but also her voice to the performance. What the siblings produced is a melodic record of inspiration and confidence.
